This is literally insane considering that I switched less than a year ago. *note she was actually so nice and incredible doing her best to help me get all of this fixed and apologized. the person literally just disappeared in the middle of her helping me. I am still on the phone with a manager for first net and after 2 hours the line went silent.I find that whenever I am on the phone with AT&T and they put in a lot of escalations or cases for me, all of a sudden I can't log into my account to see my bills and the page "glitches" so I can't get in, yet the website works just fine and my friend can log into her account on my computer and have it work just fine.This was never removed even after asking multiple times. I called almost immediately after signing up asking for the nextup plan to be removed on all devices.I have never made a long distance call but found an $8 charge for one.Instead I was getting charged $30 a month for this phone after turning it in. I traded in my phone so my phone itself would have cost me less than $10 a month on my bill.When I brought that up they said the only way to get out of it was to pay off the installment plan even with them admitting they had newer employees in the store that did not know what they were talking about I was told the hot spot was like the watch for first net where it was free and I "only had to pay $40 a month for internet" I was told there was not installments.I never got $30 off even when I was being charged for the tablet I didn't have. They opened the tablet line telling me that since I did not have a tablet I would not be charged at all for one, but since the line is "open" I shouldn't be charged for that either and it would just take $30 total off my bill. I was told they would bundle three devices for me taking $30 off my bill. I am getting charged $20 for a tablet I don't have.This is three watches we are being charged for that we shouldn't be my parents watches we're supposed to be buy 1 get 1 free.I am getting charged for a watch that we don't even have.I am getting charged for my Apple Watch when it was supposed to be free because I am on first net and am the carrier of the plan for my family.Besides customer service reps that are rude and want to get off the phone, one lady even mocked me repeating what I said in a high pitched voice when I said I was upset about these issues. Check to See if your employer or school has a Signature Discount (FAN) with AT&T that you can take advantage of!
